At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Any cancellations/reschedules under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price.

 

Same day cancellations will have to pay 100% of the service you missed.

 

I do not offer refunds on services. If you have any issues with your nails please contact me and we will find a solution.

I allow 10 minutes of lateness but after this i charge a £5 late fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the treatment price as this is a late cancel. 

 

Bare in mind that sets will take from 1-3 hours depending on nail art complexity, please plan accordingly so I don’t need to be rushed.
